Definitions

For the purposes of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Divine Energy™ LLC, California.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods, Services, or electronic downloads from Us.
  • Services refers to the Website, ie. DNA Remembrance™, Spiritual Intuitive Guidance, visions, and all other services and goods received by Divine Energy™ LLC.
  • Goods refers to the items offered for sale on Website, ie. Journals, clothing, electronic, audio, podcasts, downloads, and other physical items.
  • Downloads all downloadable, electronic, and non-physical items.
  • Website refers to Divine Energy™ LLC, accessible from divineenergy.me and dnaremembrance.me
  • You means the individual accessing or using/purchasing services given by Divine Energy™ LLC DNA Remembrance™, or other services, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using any Services, as applicable.

Your Order Rights

  • ·      We will reimburse You within 14 days from the day on which refund is requested. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.
  • Goods and Downloads– refer to refers to the items offered for sale on Websites, Our Shopify store, ie. Journals, clothing, electronic, audio, podcasts, downloads, and other physical or electronic items.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

NO refunds or returns unless defective by the manufacturer.

NO cancellations under any circumstances. We can't cancel orders because the product is custom made and created as soon as they are placed and paid for.

Conditions for Returns on Goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Goods or services other than downloads, electronics, non-physical items, or access to groups or subscriptions may be eligible if they were purchased in the last seven days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • Must have clear and visible defects from the manufacturer
  • Provide a picture or video of a defect or damage on the item and email it to contact@divineenergy.me

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorates rapidly, or where the expiry date is over.
  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons was unsealed after delivery.
  • According to their nature, the supply of Goods is inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Wrong address used upon purchase.
  • The supply of Goods made is not what you expected.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

Email us at contact@divineenergy.me Please enter the appropriate text "refunds, returns or questions" in the subject line, attach a photo or video of the item (details help), and describe the issue and how we can make your experience better.

We will respond soon as possible. Once an item is cleared, you will receive an update of what to do next and how resolve the issue.

When Will I Receive Refunds?

Depending on the distributer it may take 7-14 business days.

The approval is based upon pictures and email provided.

Late or missing refunds?

  • ·      Check your bank account.
  • ·      Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • ·      Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
